Good question, it varies from person to person.

For me, sexy is a woman who is fit and physically attractive well at least me and has a bubbly personality happy smiles a lot and likes to laugh and be positive. I meet so many "Debby Downer" types of women here in San Diego and southern California when I travel for business.
