How about having it on Saturday 15 March 2008 ,
Is that date okay with everyone ?

What time would everyone like ?

Maybe around 3:00 PM , making it a later lunch
/early dinner . Give time for people to travel to
the location . Then if they have anything planned for
the night they can take off .

I was thinking Southbank since its close to
Bus and Trains , close to the city so people
on northside and southside could travel easy to it.
Parking avail at southbank .
