For me it is Roman Holiday with Audrey Hepburn and the original HG Well Time machine.

My favorite lines from a movie though is " This is a notoriously small town Lane, You can't even get real drugs here!"
and "This mountain is pure snow, do you know the street value of this?" from Better Off Dead...oh yeah and one more from that movie..."Aint that a shame...I hate it when folks throw away a perfectly good white boy like that."

In response to:
When he treats you like a person..individual..your opinions matter...treats you with respect...being kind...loving..honest..and faithful...

I was that person and got all the treatment you ladies complain about. So you know what...whatever....it works both ways.

I was 14 and it was de-tasseling seed corn in the summer. Believe when you are 14 and getting up at 4 in the morning and working out in the fields until sundown many days it was not fun....

Casie,

In this I have to say something from personal experience. When a woman I am with has kids, I have a tendency to be more attached to the kids. It is not a case of attraction but of wanting to make sure they are taken care of. They do not need all the B.S. that being a single parent trying to date in this life brings. They are the one that should have the most consideration when bringing a new person into your life as well as theirs.

For instance I am divorced....I had to let my step daughter go...Probably the hardest thing in my life I have ever had to do, for she to me was my daughter. I had helped raise her from the time she was 1 1/2 to 6. She did not have time for another step-father, her real father, and me in her life. It did not help that she was forced to live at the time 1000 miles away from me. It breaks my heart every time I think about it.

I love kids myself, I wish I had my own( even though it is probably too late for me) and wish they could retain their innocence as long as we could let them, but when you are a single parent trying to date or a person that is trying to date a single parent then in becomes another hurdle that you have to go over. And they are forced to grow up earlier than they really need too...

I do not mind dating a person that has children at all, but I fear what might happen if things did not work out.

But then again it is my own opinion and worth just about as much as you paid for it.

I am more into the Wagner and Mozart operas and operettas. I do enjoy opera if the production is well done, however if it is not it can be the most hated music on earth!listen to music violin

I find the forums are the best way to get a serious insight into peoples' real natures especially when the debate gets hot and heavy.

Speaking for myself, despite my geographical distance from pretty much everyone, I would pursue a connection that felt appealing.

So while I see your point I think it doesn't necessarily give an accurate picture of what happens here. The search for a partner makes one vulnerable, many here have been hurt before, it is only natural to have defenses in place.

I agree with Bajanblue. I like the fact that I can get to understand a nature of a person to a certain extent before I think about pursuing them. I am not here to waste time just speaking on the forums, but to learn from new friends and about potential partners.
