What's upsetting me is that I made my self clear and even apologized to one person who felt offended by it and explained myself over and over again what I meant..And more explanation would just look like a broken record..

My personal preference would be to keep the friends I made on here by e-mailing them directly and not staying on a singles site after I got married. You don't need to stay on this site to keep in contact so that excuse doesn't hold water.

I hope the married people here on the forums stay...we would all miss you very much!! You are a testament to what most of us on CS wish to aspire to. Thank you for staying and sharing your joy, and sometimes hardships of your marriages.

I have seen the posts about separated people. When I was young, I dated on 2 separate occasions women who were separated and going through a divorce. In both cases, the relationship ended when the divorce became final...

I would just like to add a quick comment. The thread refers to 'married people'. NOT married couples.

This accepted, those who have posted seem to agree, that the thing that concerns them, if anything, about a married person posting on this site, is the specific type of married person, ie the situation they are in which could ultimately impact on the emotional well being of another person they might forma bond with over time, during their online interactions.

I don't think I need to spell out the issues that could arise from someone who is 'separated', and so is still married, even if the two people live separately. This scenario was covered earlier in the thread by a couple of other CS's.

When that 'separated' person still has a significant enough relationship with their wife/husband', essentially some sort of emotional ties may still exist. Certainly resolution has not been achieved by at least one party.

Problems may occur when that 'separated (still very married) CS person relating to another very SINGLE CS. The 'married' CS may perhaps not be treating online relating as 'real' or 'serious', or that real emotions are actually involved. Then these two people meet in RL. I don't have to spell out the potential issues that may occur when these two people meet. It may be only then that the 'separated/married person realises that it is a real person that was actually online. And that real emotions are now to be sorted out, not just for one, but possibly both.

Any other scenario of being separated/married on this site, really matters not, as apart from personal preference/bias, has no measurable impact on anyone's emotional/mental wellbeing.

It's as simple as this if someone is married, I would assume you say to yourself stay away unless you are a bitch on heat and don't really give a crap and go for married men. There is nothing fuckin wrong with married couples being on here as long as they make it know that is their situation.

I would assume by your post you are eaten up with jealousy about someone actually being happily married.

The couples in the forums that I know, make it known that they are married and most have met on here. So why would you give that up? it's a beautiful thing that I enjoy sharing with them.

you need to assess your own attitude before casting judgment on others.

I get tired of having to always feel like I'm walking on eggshells when dealing with someones feelings especially when someone is having pity parties and I refuse to do it anymore.
