Lodges and Grand Lodges whose charters' roots derive from the United Grand Lodge of Ancient Freemasons of England , The Grand Lodge of Ireland or the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Scotland use the expression, A.·.F.·.& A.·.M.·.
Those Grand Lodges that don't use the appellation "Ancient", claim descent from the "Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons under the constitution of England" during the period from 1717 until 1813.
This Grand Lodge was constituted from four lodges on June 24, 1717 and was designated "Modern," although the preferred term is "Premier." The "Moderns" and "Ancients" united in November 25, 1813 to form the United Grand Lodge of Ancient Freemasons of England [now styled the United Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of England].
The choice of style is not universal as some Grand Lodges simply chose one or other title for reasons of their own. The usage has no bearing on regularity or recognition.

just a lil info i found!

Also The Battle of the Alamo, When Texas won its Independance from Mexico in 1865 all the Men that went down in the battle of the alamo were also all Mason's. And the Square and Compass is a sign that most people notice around the world, you can go any where and see a person with that on there car or on there ring and you know that is a mason! and you can as well do the same with the Order of Eastran Star! they have a star emblem, and alot of people mistake organzation's and call them CULTS... but if you look it up in the dictionary it states:
a system of religious beliefs and ritual; also : its body of adherents

In response to:
who has read into 1)freemasonry
2)Knights Templar
and who has heard of the Golden Dawn, and The Emerald tablet.?

(I have way too much time on my hands lol)

Hi I know some about freemasonary, and knight templar

my father is a member of both, and is a past master mason!
I can't really explain to much about the freemasonary, cause i don't know that much about it! i know that they Follow the word of GOd and they are service organazation...

For women there are kindda the same organzations, called the Order of Eastren Star! and you have to be a wife, grand daughter or daughter, or neice to a freemason, we do the same! and im a member of that was well as my mother,

also for children they have Internaitonal Order of Rainbow for girls, which like above you have to have a family member in affliation to the Free mason!

then they have the Demolay which is as the same as the Rainbow girls its just SOn's of mason's

THen we have SHriners....... Have you ever heard of the Shrine clowns? or the Shriners burn center or cripple childerns hospital? Freemason's started all that! THose are hospitals, for burns and orthapedic, the children do not pay a dime, for the help they get! and that goes for children all around the world!

It's awesome to learn about the things they do! but its all secret! But imma look up some more info about it all and ill get back to ya!!!

Know we all know what words do to one another so why do we still say them? I know i have been guilty of saying it once! and ican't take those words back! But We all love each other and we are all great friends so lets all be happy and not say things that will hurt others! like when we are in a relationship and we dearly love the other we don't need the ugly words we just need to walk away catch some fresh air and them come back and talk about it!
