For some death is release for others pain.
I think it's more the fear of dying that scares people, will it hurt, how will it happen, will it take long?
I think that's where I'm at with it at this time...will it hurt, how will it happen, will it take long?

Thanks for participating in this survey, ladies, and...ah...men.

A final thought, which is hardly scientific in nature, and might possibly be delusional...but since I started wearing a goatee, I've noticed more women checking me out (that might be the delusional part) than at any time over the previous year (I was wearing a short beard during most of that time).
And me! And me!....I have to agree
I voted I prefer a goatee

And I see by opionions, not only mine
With your's Ambrose, your lookin' fine

I just wrote this in reply on another thread.. (coz I got carried away talking)

and it made me wonder what the story was behind other people profile pictures.

If it was one you just took to go on CS specifically.. what happened that day?..

here's mine.. (not the details of the TOILET pic you will be glad to know)

*Actually I think I was going for dinner at my friends..

But as I was standing at a bar *yapping my head off*... I felt the front seam on my (tight knee high) brown suede heeled boots RRrriiiiiiiiip...near the front of my ankle. I LOVED those boots (But to be fair to the boots.. they WERE tighter than a ducks arse haha)

It was the same night that while having dinner, my friend's husband.. (a photog).. asked if I would let him take pictures of me, in black and white 40's style.. (me? LMAO!)

haha Ermmm thanks but no thanks. blushing (I've SEEN the naked pictures of your wife wrapped in cling film! (saran wrap) :rolling on the floor laughing:

Oh and I dropped an oily stuffed chilli pepper on my top too :rolling eyes: :rolling eyes: .. that's what I was doing regarding that picture.. haha*
All my pictures were taken upstairs in my barwine of my two-story house.

And all were taken on Saturday nights/Sunday morning while I had still been enjoying my E & J Brandy after coming back from a neigborhood bar that has Kareoke...........Billie

I personally am a big fan of someone's eyes. I guess because I like holding a conversation, and eye contact is key, that has a play in it. But I think that a unique eye color can be very appealing, and pleasant to see. Anyone else feel that?

I would have to say personality.

But, there was one time that I was mesmerized by one guy's blue, gorgeous, but lyin' eyes.

Yes! ..beanes ...its all the happy moments I miss..the laughter we had, the witty exchange of nonsenses which were part of our days..there was a lot of detail in our shared life which made it so happy. Hardley a day could go by without him having me laughing (whether I wanted to or not)and also just about everybody that he was around. He was definitely the sunshine in my life...

hug beanes............I can truthfully say I relate to what your experiencing. I was happily married for 17 years. We had even worked together for most of those years. My husband died almost 5 years ago. When I lost my best friend, partner, playmate, and lover, I think I lost a part of myself. All are friends were also married and all my family are hundreds of miles away. I am defintely not comfortable with this empty" hole in my heart" of no one special to look forward to seeing, talking to, and spending time with together ...........Billie

I would like you and/or anybody to tell me what you find to be the most unattractive thing about my profile. And I don't mean your wisecracks, and joking around stuff. I would like your serious opinon.

One guy had no photo on profile and decribed himself as average body type. He either needs to wake up or get glasses or clearer mirror. I met him and he had plenty of extra pounds. Maybe he thought he was average for his age of 50. Or maybe he thought I wouldn't notice.

Are you saying then, that if they don't have and up to date photo that it is better to have no photo at all and that they just try to decribe themselves?
