You said it,,,, No "nads" no babies.

You can hire a lawyer suggested detective, or online for $19.99 or much more.

You gotta trust somebody, someday.

Trust your sense, your smart.

Good luck.

Marshall McCluhan's , " The Vast Waste Land" (televison) and the chapter on the Democratic party's use and well, abuse of power against Nixon attracted me to a career in television commercial production. After working 6 elections, this last election, the opposition actually paid me to sit out , rather than allow me to sell my talents to the encumbent government. The locals swept the government out, electing the opposition,,, and I swam with my son every day and still got paid!

While hanging tshirts on the line, I wondered why do I keep these two old T-shirts? One is from a great concert, ten years ago, (Robert Smith was at least a demigod, maybe!?!) and the other was a gift from a comedian friend ( Mark Roberts). Both t-shirts are faded and worn thin, yet I take loving care with these two shirts and couldn't care less about the rest.

What old t-shirt do you hang on to? And why?

The sweetest word of love, I hear these days is "Daddy" ! Yes, I agree "Seperated" is not single, yet, "Divorced" does not mean single either. I am a father with a son, and I will never, ever be a single, unattached soul. I will soon be a single father. And proud of it!

Some day, I will love another woman, fully, in mind, spirit, and body. Yet, no one should compare that new love to the love for my child. I am bound to my son for the rest of my life. Daily, I make new life decisions with that bond clearly in mind. I am fighting, slaving, working, planning and dreaming every day with new challenges to stay near my son, because he needs me. Twice weekly, I take half days off work to spend more time with my son.

I do not deserve to be "branded as defective" because a document has not cleared a 3rd world country's antiquidated judicial system.

As I have said before, your stories on CS forum has become "Divorce Anonymous" for me. And, as I have been more forth coming with my story in the forums, the number of flowers sent to me has decreased dramatically. One young CS lady even suggested that I change my profile as "soon to be divorced" is not attractive to many. May be so, but it is me today. It takes time to sever the marital threads, especially with a young son involved.

This thread moves me to cancel my profile on CS. But I am stubborn.

I Know You're Out There Somewhere!

We are all human! As Shrek put it, "Better out than in!" My ex says I never did when we dated, but started after the "I do's". After the baby, she lifted the sheets and I laughed while diving for cover.

I gave a lady friend a picnic basket as a Christmas present. I filled it with neat, gadgets, household stuff for the kitchen, new tech toys from those mall stores, handy tools, soft sporty undies for women (not slinky, that came later), chocolate and sweets, CDs and just unsusual stuff she would use all around the house. It was one of those multi-space type baskets that had hidden pockets all over.
She loved it and we stayed together for 4 years. We used that basket and the stuff all the time. Best gift I ever gave back when I was dating.

On the topic of trusting pics, I see some pics here that are under other names on other sites. That said, well, written, my experiences have been positive after IMing , then trading new pics with new friends met here. I love the idea of the webcam, not everybody is a tech geek like me.

I am a big, stong, hairy man! I support the Gillete college fund and own stock in Schick! I am grateful for my hair, but back shaving is out. My massage therapy lady is against it for me. She said, "It would be very painfull and probably grow back".
I'll shave twice a day if I want to impress a lady! Here's why,,,

My beloved Mom always says,, 'A woman won't wade through a briar patch to get to a picnic."

And, I worked as a freelance floor director for a Financial Services production company. I met world famous business men at the top of their careers. I also applied extra powder to the really bald men to cover their shiny spot when on camera.

One former coporate president, who saved two airlines, was bald as a cue ball, and needed much powder. He accepted my help and said, "Son, you only have so much testosterone, and if you want to waste it on your hair, that's your loss."

Divorce Anonymous,,, There actually is a DA web site, but it was too depressing to venture around. I get good advice and hear healing stories here, so CS is my DA.

I too am experiencing an ugly divorce and feel overwhelmed by her controlling, domination, same story as our marriage. I accept the facts that we can;t live together and look forward to the day when I can laugh at her manipulations. I only want to be the best father I can be to my 3yr old.

My question is "What can I expect during the next year of lawyers, court, and emotional, home and financial seperations?" I released the lawyer only interested in our finances, and the new lady lawyer is definitely ready to fight for my fatherly rights. We do agree on joint custody, but the 24x7 care and control is the real power. All I want is as much time with my son as possible.

What traps should I look out for?
