judgemental person and critic person or analitic

I hear people saying they don't like judgemental people...can they accept critics from people that are suppose to know them...?

Judgemental.

What a cute new saying that is and how abused it has become.

Let me see...I hate peodofiles..I think they are scum. The lowest form of life and should be locked up and the key thrown away.

There..I have just been judemental.
As in the word JUDGE...I have seen the evidence and I have judged..therefore,, the statement is judgemental.

So who here is going to draw the line for me to say "WHAT" I can judge,,,and "WHAT" I CAN NOT" judge.

For if you do,,,you have judged me,,judged my thoughts,,my opinions.
You therefore become judgemental.

This word and phrase was used by the high and mighty to squirm out of,"wrong doings".
People saw it a clever way to do a bit of sqirming when they got caught out,,and thus this stupid little word was coined.

Try using it in a court of law and see how far you get.

Peace with whom????

Please try to know fundematlist much better!

Though I accept America had many mistakes before 9/11
Hell Poolak...I gotta give it to,,,you learn real fast.

I have read you posts this time around and I think I am hearing the real POOLAK.

Your understanding has risen tremendously,,your argument is better,,,rounder and less "stupid".

Well done and keep going.

Iran..poor Iran.
I was there in 74. Walking the main street Kennedy Ave, in Tehran where the Coca Cola bottling plant was.
The girls wore mini skirts and everyone was happy.
The streets where full of smiling faces.

Koehmani..came along and changed your country around too fast..Most people did'nt have time to adjust,,they simply went along with all.
The the fundermentalists in Mashad..(the last town before Herat in Afghanistan.) Got a bite on the "struggle" and started to promote the infidel thing to point where it simply got outta hand.
Those guys in Mashad made the mould for fundermental terrorism I'm sorry to say. (The Palistinians were only too quick to pick up on it and use it),,The airplane terrorism kicked in,,then the kidnaps,,and ain't stopped since.

Why Poolack?
What the hell did the British do to Iran that so bad that we had suffer all that shit.
I was told that the only thing you could'nt do in 74 was to be caught speaking ill of the Shah..(you was gone if you did),,but otherwise,,there was a sense of freedom.
No one told you,,you can't pray to Allah....Hell if you had let the Russians in they would have stopped all relegion straight away,,as they did in their own lands.
What was so wrong Poolak that the world derserves all this shit.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Eight former boot camp workers were acquitted of manslaughter Friday in the death of a 14-year-old boy who was videotaped being punched and kicked. The scene sparked outrage and changes in the juvenile system, but it jurors took just 90 minutes to decide it was not a crime. Martin Lee Anderson died a day after being hit and kicked by Dickens and six other guards as a nurse watched, a 30-minute confrontation that drew protests in the state capital and spelled the end of Florida's system of juvenile boot camps. You kill a dog, you go to jail," said her lawyer, Benjamin Crump. "You kill a little black boy and nothing happens." He spoke outside court, which is across the street from the now-closed Bay County boot camp.

Wow who would guess a all white Jury would find state payed employes not guilty of killing a 14 yr old black boy ...Come on just a another cheap shot to what this country calls a justice system ....

What u think?

It could be that no one person could be said to have dealt the death blow....therefore...there is no one person responsible for the persons death.

We had this here with a couple that killed their child,,no one could prove which one did what..so effectivly,,they walked..

That made some blood boil I'll tell yer.

There`s a lot of annoying people in the world aren`t there?

Did you ever have a stranger start talking to you in public

telling you stuff you didn`t want to know?

I was sitting at McDonalds, and some lady leans over,

" I shouldn`t be eating this greasy food,
I have a spastic colon"

THANK YOU, what a coincidence, I have an epileptic testicle.

That`s what I should of said.

10 miles outta Dover..been away for 2 weeks...STarving hungry..I stop at a choke and puke on the A2 London road.

I get my breakfast..a plate full of goodies and a cup of tea.

Then a family sit at the table opposite me and the woman decides its time to change the nappy....she rolls the kid onits back,,on the meal table,,,,the following is just too much for this place,,but to say the least it was very offputting.

I flipped..I comepletly fell ouuta my pram at these people.

So yeah...I know what its like....but thats the funny old world we live in...or what??

I have two adult children ... a boy and a girl. My son, 21 is doing so well and I am VERY proud of him. My daughter, 19 ... not so good. She makes the worst possible choices in her personal life and now I have a grandson that is in the middle of it all. I am at my wit's end. She is an adult and I know there isn't much I can do about her choices ... but I hate standing by and watching her crash and burn over and over.

She isn't into drugs ... doesn't even smoke. But her choices in her personal life are getting harder and harder to see. She'll find a good guy and then ruin it over and over ... sometimes I think she is doing it on purpose. I am scared for her and I can't seem to get through to her. Any suggestions??

Well, after more than two weeks of jumping through hoops, I finally got a call from the company I wanted to go to work for, offering me the job! Then the recruiter was telling me about everything I needed to bring for orientation: Long sleeve shirt, non-skid footwear, birth certificate, social security card, CDL, logbook, etc... Standard fare. Then she started telling me what NOT to bring: No pets, no alcohol, no drugs, no ponytail...

"WHAT?!!! NO PONYTAIL?!! Uh, Ma'am, I have kinda' long hair and routinely wear it in a ponytail." Long pause...

"How long IS your hair?"

"Ummm... Almost to the middle of my back."

"Can you hold on and let me check something, sir?"

"Yes Ma'am." Another long pause...

"Sir, are you still there?"

"Yes Ma'am, I'm here."

"Sir I'm sorry but your hair can be no longer than collar length. Is that going to pose a problem?"

"Uh, yes Ma'am, I'm afraid it might."

"I'd really like for you to come to work for us."

"Yes Ma'am. And I'd really like to come to work for you... But I really don't want to cut my hair."

"It'll grow back."

"Yes Ma'am. Tell you what - Let me talk things over with my wife and I'll get back to you."

"Ok sir."

So now I've lost two weeks in my job search because somehow I never dreamed that my "ideal company" would have a policy against long hair.

Damn! I was really close!

Is this for a truckers JOB??????????????

I got my hair cut today and was almost floored when I saw they had taken 7 inches of hair from the length....
From shoulders downwards. For sure.

Its just too boy'ish for me...and I ain't into boys at all.

There is something sexy about running yer fingers through a womans hair...or when the hair just flows over her boobs.

....I mean, since the Pill, Free Love and just ya basic Randyness.....Is the word Nympho disappearing from our language?
Maybe people have seen that this word that used to describe a sexually girl in the 60's was in actually fact very poor taste.

Nymphomania is a terrible addiction and quite harmful physically and emoticionaly.

Maybe thats why ,,as a "vogue expression",,it got dropped slowly.

Replaced by more cheerful words like "slapper".

Hey guys......I'm opening myself up for a lot of criticism by posting this. I really don't mind the criticism as it can be a good thing sometimes.....so fire away.

I think there are a huge amount of people who doesn't understand what the Goth Culture is all about. I don't know how much goths we have on this site but hopefully they will back me when I say that people should do their research before judging anyone claiming to be a goth!!!

In my profile I clearly state that I'm a Christian and I'm sure that it's visible in my daily life of caring, loving and nurturing. I'm compassionate and I care a great deal about the environment.

I don't ALWAYS dress like a goth, don't feel the need to do that eveyday. I however, have a lot of black clothes in my cupboard, which I mix and match with other colorful garments.

Before creating a misconseption of this lifestyle, I think people should take the time and do a bit of research on the matter.

I have taken the liberty to extract some info from the net about this lifestyle. You are free to do your won research if you like.

Religion:
Many Goths reflect popular culture and are probably nominal or devout Christians. Atheism, Agnosticism, the New Age, Gnosticism, Shamanism, Wicca, other Neopagan traditions, and other minority faith groups are represented more frequently than in the general population.

Goths often wear Christian crosses or Christian crucifixes, which many regard as a pre-Christian religious symbol. Others wear New Age/ancient Egyptian Ankh symbols. Some do this as expression of their religious beliefs, some for satire, and others because they like their appearance.

Religion is frequently discussed on the Goth newsgroups. Many songs, band names and album titles have Christian themes. 6

The public incorrectly commonly associates Goths with Marilyn Manson. 10 "Manson publicly presents himself as a follower of the Church of Satan... He was ordained a priest in the Church of Satan by the [late] founder, Anton LaVey. Many fans refer to him as the Rev. Marilyn Manson." 9 (Actually, Manson is not a follower of that Church; he was simply appointed as a Reverend within the Church by its founder, Anton LaVey.) From this Satanic connection, the perception has grown that Goths are frequently linked to Satanism. There are a few Satanists who are also Goths, but they are rare.

Stereotypes:
People have accused or described Goths as being:

Depressed,
Unusually bigoted,
Violent,
Suicidal,
Involved in illegal drugs,
Vampires or believe themselves to be vampires,
Sado-masochists,
Satanists,
Musicians, painters, and other artists,
Computer programmers (although there seem to be a lot of them)
Wearers of black (some wear white and gunmetal),
Dyers of their hair,
Users of white makeup. 4

Some of the above probably apply to some Goths, but definitely not to all.

I for one would be slightly insane to judge you by the wearing of black as it's my prefered dress.
That paints an interesting picture,,An Outlaw Rider on an old shovel chop wearing white leathers and a white wwII German helmet.

As for beliefes,,as long as someone has a belief,,its far better than someone how has no beliefs at all.

I have heard from younger people that they are'nt keen on the music because it is depressing and I have heard it called death music.
Dunno,,never listened to it..but some country music can be pretty cheerless..Sovine for one...dead moms,,car crashes etc.

I always thought Goths were a spin off from punks.
One thing I will say,,I have never seen your group getting violent in the streets..(I just put that down to heavy drugs)..and thats a good thing.

I ask this because of a conversation I had last night with a gentleman. He's dating various women and has asked me out as well, but I truly am not into "dating" someone who is dating a whole bunch of other ladies. I realized as I expressed this opinion, but I'm truly not into "dating".

I want the relationship and companionship, but I'm tired of the BS of dating. Yes, its exciting getting to know someone, but I sometimes wonder if I've been born in the wrong generation. Ie. I think "courting" would better suit me. Someone who truly knows that they desire to marry one day and are taking the process seriously and are genuine in their desire to explore getting to know someone.

Anyone else feel the same? Anyone wanna court me?? lol
Maybe I'm a bit old fashioned here.
It's the miss-use of words by modern people that re catorgorise their meanings.

How I thought it worked.

Boy see's girl.
Boy asks for date
Boy gets date........(this is because he is given a date and time to meet)
Boy goes on date.
Boy then has choice...to court the girl and go further or say goodbye.
Boy courts girl......Now,,he either marries her,,lives with her,,or say's goodbye.

Yes..the pendandic types can rearrange the boy and the goodbyes.
But basically,,,thats how it works.
For me ,,if yer dating 12 months on,,,its because there is no commitment and someone ain't moving on.

The country with the last oil well,,working and pumping,,would be able to ask fortunes for a gallon of oil..( I mean oil..not fuel).
It would still rule the world,,no oil,,,,NO machines..(before you think of veggy oil..forget it..it won't work on high speed,,high torque bearings.)
