What causes erectile dysfunction?
The following medical problems can cause erectile dysfunction:Diabetes (high blood sugar)
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)
If you can't keep your blood sugar or your blood pressure under control, you can get erectile dysfunction. It's important that you take your medicines for these problems just the way your doctor tells you.

Sometimes your hormones get out of balance and this causes erectile dysfunction. Your doctor will decide if you need blood tests to check your hormones.

Some medicines can cause erectile dysfunction. If this is true for you, your doctor may take you off that medicine or give you a different one.

Drinking too much alcohol, smoking too much and abusing drugs can also cause erectile dysfunction.

Problems in your relationship with your sexual partner can also cause erectile dysfunction. Improving your relationship may help your sex life. If you decide to seek therapy, it will probably be most effective if your sex partner is included. Couples can learn new ways to please one another and to show affection. This can reduce anxiety about having erections.Feelings that can lead to erectile dysfunction

Feeling nervous about sex, perhaps because of a bad experience or because of a previous episode of impotence
Feeling stressed, including stress from work or family situations
Being troubled by problems in your relationship with your sex partner
Feeling depressed
Feeling so self-conscious that you can't enjoy sex
Thinking that your partner is reacting negatively to you
thanx for the advice

Amino Acids are "brain food".

We get depressed when we suffer from Amino Acid deficiencies.

Many studies have been done, using L-Dopamine, with positive results.

Please check out this page by Prisilla Slagel M.D.
She is a professor at USCLA and a psychiatrist. She has had 100% POSITIVE results giving her patients amino acids.

You can download the Free Ebook, "The Way Up From Down" or read it online. Scroll down the page for a summary chart which will help you.

I have this ebook and have sent it off to many who were on meds for chemical imbalance, "bi-polar", etc. It will benefit you greatly!

You CAN live your life without Ever being Depressed again!!!

Although I agree with the concept of naming and shamming, It would be too easy for someone of either gender who has not got what they want from the person due to unrealistic expectations to take there frustrations out in this way. A couple of stereotypical examples (Yes I am going to br gender specific here, I mean no offense, but using the most used ones)

A man could want sex on the first date, the girl says no... He could then make up things about her that are not true and name her.

A woman may want someone to pay for everything and make unreasonable demands, and when they do not happen she could accuse him of anything.

Unfortunately people may think that this is the truth and react as they seem fit. It is a good idea but could be used to destroy some very nice people.

Just my opinion.
this is true,we should lesten to both parties before judging them
