This used to be a place that I really enjoyed coming to. If I was lonely, people here cheered me up. If I was bored, it gave me someone to talk to. If I was in a good mood, I came here to share.

Anymore, all it seems to be is a place for people to come and fight and blame and point fingers. The mood is so tense, it could be cut with a knife. Its almost more of a drag to come here and listen to all the crap. The choice anymore is "which clique do I want to join?" The newbies must be thinking "Is this what it is all about?" I can deal with this stuff in real life.

I have met many wonderful people on here. I have someone in my life now, but still wanted to come back here to keep in touch with these new friends I have made. But with all the bulls**t going on, most of them have left.

I thought we all were adults! It reminds me more of a bunch of adolescents. If I wanted that, I'd hang out with my daughter and her friends at school.

Just my opinion. Maybe it counts, maybe it doesn't. Guess it all depends on who is reading.

I don't think she really did anything wrong. I don't see where she really put him down or anything. I read through the entire thread. Nothing really terrible like I have seen on here before. I agree that breakups and such, especially if they are brutal, should not be aired in public (on the forums) but I didn't see anything like that in this thread.

Sorry to hear nightlady. Be patient. I didn't think I would ever find anyone who would understand me, but I did, when I least expected it. I am very happy now and I am sure that you will be soon too! Take care and don't look for it. It will find you.hug

I don't normally poke my nose in where it shouldn't be, but Dec is a friend and I want to put a word in to defend him, since he can't defend himself on here. Dec and I spoke often, not as potential mates, lovers, etc. We spoke as friends. I didn't try to persuade him one way or another, I just listened to what he had to say. You were not as innocent as you pretend to be either. There were a lot of things that he told me about you in regard to your "relationship" that just didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Won't go into details, because that is not right in the public forums. And if you don't want people responding here to your thread, whether it be to your liking or not, then you should not post in the PUBLIC forums. Declan is a decent man and I am sure you are a decent woman, just not meant for each other. Please don't put others down unless you are prepared to hear what others are going to say in reply.
