i think it is like anything else

one should not expose what one does not want looked at

but one should not look at something just because it is visible

but with that said

one may be wanting someone to look but just not you (choice is not necessarily an option to the exposer) but that does not stop them from getting upset

all things should be done with discretion if you do not know the lady you should not go looking down their shirt or at their chest if you cant say hi then don't be looking that is just rude

people are people not body parts even tho some body parts may be more appreciated than others one should appreciate the complete person not just preferred parts

yes all have things that are not liked but it is still part of the person but are the things you like worth the things you do not like (now thats the question)

It is commonly believed that Christopher Columbus was the first European to arrive in the New World in 1492. Indeed, Columbus marks the starting point of the mass migration of Europeans to America. However, he was not the first European to set foot in the New World. the law says

stop at white line
