i think it is like anything else

one should not expose what one does not want looked at

but one should not look at something just because it is visible

but with that said

one may be wanting someone to look but just not you (choice is not necessarily an option to the exposer) but that does not stop them from getting upset

all things should be done with discretion if you do not know the lady you should not go looking down their shirt or at their chest if you cant say hi then don't be looking that is just rude

people are people not body parts even tho some body parts may be more appreciated than others one should appreciate the complete person not just preferred parts

yes all have things that are not liked but it is still part of the person but are the things you like worth the things you do not like (now thats the question)

ok i am done do not lash me too hard

well the fist person to discover america was christopher columbus and that was by accident. then the first colony was located on Roanoke Island on North Carolina's Outer Banks. it latter became the lost colony. after that there was james town in 1607 which is in virginia. they were from england and thats about as far as im going in this history lesson b/c it is almost 3 am and im about to go to bed.
The exact location and name of the island where Columbus first made landfall is in dispute. We do know that it is in the Bahamas and that Columbus spent 5 days exploring the area before sailing to Cuba.

So misinformed....The vikings were the fist to discover America...Colombus was a Thief and a liar and a murderer...guess that's what made him famous...Kinda like O.J.
Leif Ericson, ~970/~1020
The first European to arrive in America

It is commonly believed that Christopher Columbus was the first European to arrive in the New World in 1492. Indeed, Columbus marks the starting point of the mass migration of Europeans to America. However, he was not the first European to set foot in the New World. That happened during the Viking age, 500 years earlier, when Leif Ericson explored new lands west of Greenland in the year 1000 AD.

there ?

where did they all come from originally /..and what state did they first go to ..and why ?

European nations came to the Americas to increase their wealth and broaden their influence over world affairs. The Spanish were among the first Europeans to explore the New World and the first to settle in what is now the United States.

By 1650, however, England had established a dominant presence on the Atlantic coast. The first colony was founded at Jamestown, Virginia, in 1607. Many of the people who settled in the New World came to escape religious persecution. The Pilgrims, founders of Plymouth, Massachusetts, arrived in 1620. In both Virginia and Massachusetts, the colonists flourished with some assistance from Native Americans. New World grains such as corn kept the colonists from starving while, in Virginia, tobacco provided a valuable cash crop. By the early 1700s enslaved Africans made up a growing percentage of the colonial population. By 1770, more than 2 million people lived and worked in Great Britain's 13 North American colonies.

Did you hear about Columbus' cameras in the downtown. The cameras are for stop lights. If you run a red light and don't stop then you get a ticket. Now here is the kicker ... When you come to the intersection and you have red then you come to a complete stop at the large white line. Now lets say you stop a little past the line ... you get a ticket. Lets say you role forward to make a turn to the right and you stop ahead of the line... you get a ticket. So basically your getting a ticket for not stopping your vehicle even though your stopping your vehicle. Believe these cameras are getting a little out of control.
the law says

stop at white line

if no white line stop at crosswalk

if there is no white line nor cross walk stop at
point of intersection of other road

the white line is there for a reason

if you are making a right turn and stop at the white line first
then you should not get the ticket unless there is a no
turn on red sign

but you should not set past the white line to do so

the whit line is there to keep the intersection clear so
that larger vehicles (such as semis) have enough room
to make the turn onto the intersecting road

What are your thoughts on Senator Hillary Clinton's proposal to give every child $5000 at birth. While it's not clear to me, I believe the money have to be invested and not readily available until the child reaches 18 (or maybe 21?).

Your thoughts?
if they do such a thing it should go into self renewing govt bonds

till such time they retire or become disabled

with a 50% loan value after age 30
