My mother is in the hospital, again. My Step-father runs his ass off, takes care of my mother, ran a farm, sold it for bucks and he's building a business, with a smaller farm.

I asked him about his alternatives. He told me it was better than being alone. I asked him about walking out the door and keeping part of his life. He said he'd rather not be alone and he likes being the good guy. He said, "I'm that guy."

I want a guy, like my step-dad. I want to be like him. He does the right thing, because it makes him happy. I want that guy.

I'm not that girl, but I could be. I might be bitchy tonight, but I'll be kind tomorrow, to my mother.

I'm sick of hospitals, sick of being in them and the mention makes me a grumpy bitch. I have alternate personalities, and feelings, about them.

Anyone else have to deal with hospitals on a regular basis? Do you have a chronic illness, yourself? If you have a chronic illness, how do you stay sane, when dealing with a parent, or a child? My mother is a pain.

Sometimes, I just want to walk out the door and leave.

Okay, hypothetically, if Obama wins the democratic nomination, and, hypothetically, wins the presidential election, is it possible for race to become a non-issue and that he will be judged on his performance alone? True, interpretation and perception is everything. I just see a connection with Islam's view of the four Archangels who guard the throne of Allah. To me, this Islamic concept is synonymous with angels and spirit guides. Just the way I see and perceive it. That is all..

Personally, I think the term protective angel and spirit guide are synonymous (sorry Christians-Muslims-new age spiritualists).
It is just a matter of terminology and interpretation among different spiritualities/religions/mythologies. The fundamental concept is the same; that of protecting people.
I also do not rule out "Tricksters", spirits that lead us astray or give us false signs.
I believe that my spirit guide helps me in my everyday life. It is up to me to recognize the signs that the spirit guide leaves for me. As long as I ask or wish for, a trail of signs is left for me to decode. Could be something I see or hear anywhere outside or inside of my home.

I feel that the best signs I get are in my dreams. It is just a matter of decoding the symbols and messages if it is expressed in symbol form. Much like how many indigenous cultures use dreams to guide their everyday lives. The hard part is remembering those dreams...ha ha

Yes, I do believe that I get warnings in my everyday life or in dreams. The most powerful warning signs come to me in dreams. And to be honest, it has helped me in a lot of situations or when I am at a crossroads.

Again, I really consider the signs and align it with what I want and I where I want to go in life. I align it with my own spiritual energy and my own personal desires and destiny. Like I said, I do observe these signs very carefully. I am very aware of the trickster archetype. Damn trickster keeps fuckin with me at times...ha ha

As far as my spirit guide/protective angel being a certain gender, I have not seen it. I can just feel the entity within my source, that is my source that is connected with the universal divine source.

I have been in relationships where there was no control for a phase, but it always seemed to shift either way eventually. The reasons are complicated so I am not even going to expand that.

I also think sometimes that we think if we say it is finally really over and move on and they change their mind we will miss our chance.

Don't assume. I was not getting married. I was just part of the party.
