As for myself, I think I'm pretty datable. Not perfect, but nobody is.

My guess is that everyone has some sort of hang-up/baggage but it depends if you prefer to view them in that context.

We men are more practical as apposed to a womens empathy.
Some men have more empathy and understanding of others than the next man.

Think I have always mistakenly thought I was ready because dating is a fun distraction. I have hang-ups, more than I once realized, but am trying to work through them to be able to be completely open to love. The hardest part is awareness and courage, I think. I am hopefull I will get there soon.

I'm not undatable. But I'm starting to think maybe I'm just unKEEPable.

Perhaps at this time, with so much going on, you can't focus on having a relationship right now. People after being burned, need time to focus on themselves to get well. Find ways to find happiness in simple things, and to rediscover what you truly want out of life. I am in the same boat, with different circumstances, where to explain what all is honestly going on, is too much to tell or to burden someone with. Taking a break from dating is something we all need to do every once in awhile, but one can only hope, to one day, find someone who see's beyond our circumstances and will love us in spite of it all! If you didn't have that hope, quite frankly, you wouldn't be on here!
