What a wonderful question. I wish I could answer it here but I think I will sadly decline this time. I do look forward to reading some interesting answers though I hope. Time will tell.

oh i know that problem only to well....you gotta read the power of now by eckhart tolle....the power of not over-thinking, just being.....you have to stop that, as can lead to not so good things.....and you tire yourslef out all the time (i'm sure my brain is the only thing that keeps me fit, as i eat like a horse and do not a great deal of exercise)

Be patient, Be openminded, Smile often, enjoy special moments.

Make friends...keep old ones...Tell them that you love them...And when you love them...Feel it deeply.

Ignore worries, Forget problems, Pardon enemies,Keep promises.

If you get more than one chance, try again

Prize your good ideas , Try not to make mistakes and if you do,
learn from them and move on.

I have two I have learned.... keep the faith, what you look for in life may just be around the corner.

and

do unto others as you would have done to you. karma is a wonderful thing, it all comes around in the end.
