I know what you did you S.O.B....It was a conspiracy...and I will let you in my secret...It's consistent patterns of behaviour that I can build patterns on based on hypervigillence and my PTSD..and you hit everyone of my triggers whether you knew it or not...allowing me to deal with the two biggest ones...it has nothing to do with you or mistakes...it has to do with triggers and pain and the refusal to look at it because it hurts too much...anyway..hopefully most of them are cleared up..if not I will tell you how to help me with it....Ohhhhh and by the wayyyyyy I am laughing..not angry....

Ohhhhhhh and it's not a healthy thing...that's why I don't like to do it..BUT sometimes I am doing it and not even conscious of it....
