The female body is truly a thing of beauty. It can come in all shapes and sizes. It is a wonder to admire when still but even more so when it is in motion in feats of great flexibility. Witness these two women in action:

It takes a lot of work to be that flexible. I'd dare some of the men to try those moves. I wonder how their men keep up with them?wow

I remember dancing freestyle like that back in the day, waaaay back in the day. Now I stick to Volleyball, belly dancing classes, and bowling just to burn calories. And you know what? I am not good at any of it.laugh
