Perhaps he will get away with this elsewhere and yet reports have been made on an international level and I'm only doing what is sound and right. Oh don't get me wrong, I think it is wonderful that you are going to all this trouble.
For me, you may prevent this person from doing it here, but you hand him the power to go elsewhere. You will not stop him, unless you join all the sites there are, he will ind another place to approach vulnerable people.
Threads like this are ten a penny and will do little apart from raise discussion as they always do.
