I too am a single father and around your age. From my experience I've noticed that a lot (Not all) women our age 18-25 see our children as baggage. (no offense to anyone) They are wanting to start their own lifes without the drama of dealing with your child's Mother.

I will say that I have dated a little bit older than me 28-35 and it has went well. Try finding women that have more life experience and understand the fact of parenting. Again I'm not at all slaming women that are in the younger range but there is a different mind set. And to be honest man you may not be able to snag that smoking hot woman who is 21-24 and a big college party freak.

Hey I feel you on this. I have raised my 4, almost 5 y/o since he was 6 months all alone. For some reasson it seems like women just look at us differently, anyway that is how I often feel. After over 4 years, I decided to come on here and see what was out there. Keep your head up.

yes, i think because who wants to deal with the drama of the other parent i know i didnt when i first got with my daughters dad he has two other childern and it was always some kind of drama sometimes you just wish the guy u were with didnt have kids i shouldnt say kids just the drama its too much thats why im way diff now lol

i can relate to this. im a single mom of 2kids and it is rough in the dating scene. some men look at a single mom and turn tail and run. it sucks. but u gotta remember that u will find the right girl. and maybe u should let her find u. and not worry so much about finding one. ive looked for a good man for a long time and i recently stoped, he can come and find me lol im putting myself out there and he can find me
