bigbillbroonzy: Now we are narrowing in...some of these (Mouten Cadet, for example) are available here in Mexico but are rather pricy. Which of these are economical, dry and reliable for you?
Well, I DON'T do sweet or even medium..... of course!! They are all pretty dry.
If you like the driest.... Sicilian or very south Italian is the way to go. The reds are full-bodied and fruity, of course. Otherwise, for French.... Muscadet and Macon Villages are pretty dry.
I am biased towards Italian wines in case you hadn't guessed?
And sorry... re. Macon, I don't have a sadille(sp??) on my keyboard....
Salute!!

(don't have an acute accent either!).
