I stop and count my blessings. I look around and know I have done something right in life and everything is a gift.
It can also be gone tomorrow, but it is nice right now.

Count my blessings then take a moment an ponder whats the issue. Then try to grab the bull by the horns an deal with it. Seems to work. Gives a mindset of accomplishment.
