Yes, he is still dead. Have to be living under a rock not to know this old news but......

New developments are coming forth though. His personal doctor was there when Michael had cardiac arrest, and yet his doctor did not know CPR?

The doctor's vehicle has been impounded but his "little black bag" is missing. So is the Doc......There is quite a shroud of mystery surrounding this death. Plus, the Doc was a cardiologist.....Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I read years ago that Michael wanted to be frozen after death, so he can return later. How much later?

Is this a Jackson conspiracy? Was there a sharp shooting needle awaiting on the grassy knoll?

Wow I hadn't heard most of this. I knew the physician's car was taken but I heard it was because they were investigating prescriptions given to him and possible drug overdose.

I read years ago that Michael wanted to be frozen after death, so he can return later. How much later?

Who said that no one knew CPR? Since the doctor was there and was a cardiologist I am not believing that he would not know what to do.

Will the media do to Jacko what they did to Diana?....and that is to deify him??...perhaps we will witness a resurrection....but it will be set in a graveyard a year from now...and it will be thrilling...

Who cares? If it were just a normal everyday person, nobody would have even heard about it. Let alone care that a personal doctor who specializes in what he died from was in his vacinity and did nothing...Its all part of the Michael Jackson mystery, his 70-80's image will live on for a long long time.

Apparently he was on oxycontin and was shot up with a dose of demerol an hour before he died.

The news reports that this might be another case of 'Anna Nicole Smith'.

We will see when the autopsy comes back.
