we all have had good jobs and bad jobs
the job i liked and hated both was door man at a bar, but also bouncer, i never thought of my self as a big man and at 5-11 185 lbs knew my ass was going to get kicked, got shot once but the biker pres apologized and i did escort him and his group to their bikes. i have been the high and the low in companies but if i was able and young again i would be back at the crazy horse saloon,ps i did carry a buntline 45 on my hip after that.... youall have a job you would take to relive the good old days

Casp, Glad you had jobs you enjoyed. That always helps for sure.

I would not want to go back to cooking for all those guys as that was not always easy. At times however I do think it would be fun to go back to work in the hunting lodge. I met a lot of nice guys also a few snobs and I found out how to cook for the rich and famous so to speak. wink

I worked at a salmon factory at King Salmon Alaska when I was a young man. We had to agree to work 20 hours a day for 3 days in a row. Then one day off. Then 20 hours a day again for 3 days.

It was hard physical and dangerous work. I couldn't eat salmon for years after I got out of that place.

I supervised government construction job sites. Usually renovation's, post office, police stations, court houses, etc the list goes on. I'd love to be doing that to this day, the problem was all the white hats, inclusive of architecs, engineers, the gov brass all strokin their collars, too much bullshit at the meetings with all the finger pointing lol. If someone did the meetings rather then me, i'd be doing that today. Cheers.

I love my job. I have done it for 33 years. I'm good with people and I have the grace to let them know what will work and what wont. I make women sexy and men handsome. I know what the times expect of the age of people. It matters not the age, we can all be attractive to those who matter.peace

I am in Kansas City tonight. I leave in the morning and heading north and will be in some place caled Onawa Iowa tomorrow night. I am driving up I29 all day.

Kansas City has been wonderful. I played golf at the Swope Memorial Golf Course in the morning. The course is a beautiful one where the lady's amateur championships are held. Tonight I went to the Kansas City Royals vs. Minnesota Twins baseball game.

Hence the danger factor. My earlier reply in that field there were some weeks we put in over 120 hrs in a 7 day stretch. How ridiculous is that lol. Cheers.
