Zeelander: Oh, hell no you shouldn't feel guilty... you better just save as much of it as you can because soon a dozen eggs are going to cost your $43/US.

How much does a dozen eggs cost in the US right now? confused

And a gallon of milk? confused

Let me see.....Boston Tea Party was supposedly against taxation without representation.....

so these modern day radicals are against taxation with representation?

Or is it that they don't want to be represented by anyone...?

It would be a wonderful joke if these anti-tax guys got their way. Think of how quickly the US would disintegrate if the tax system folded. Flat earthers would get their flat earth pretty quick!

rodolpho: A little figure for you zeeholland has about 17 million people
california has about 34 million people

our marihuana revenue for tax from one side only is 450 million euros a year.
If we tax the backdoor also(growers)taxrevenues will amount to about 750 million euros

750 million times 2 = 1.5 billion euros a year in taxes

euro to dollar= 1 to 1.4

legalize it dont critisize it

I neither criticize it nor smoke it (retired cop) BUT realize that it's the BIGGEST (BAR NONE) cash crop in California!!! Are we stupid? Prohibition didn't work and spawned what we still call "Organized Crime" yet we continue these antiquated laws that prohibit the cultivation and consumption of Marijuana. WE're supposed to be a bright bunch? DUH....
We cannot simultaneously say there is "Medical Marijuana" as approved by several states THEN continue the illogical Federal laws that prohibit it. IF it's such a scourge, the Federal government is remiss to NOT vigorously enforce the law. Yet, Obama promised to relent Federal prosecution. He's is then shirking his oath as President. IF he's a REAL leader, he should LEAD. Take action to repeal that useless law not only for the fiscal benefits of revenue but for the social benefits that the People would enjoy by having the relief that judicious and responsible Marijuana use might bring. We're throwing money away to enforce a law that people don't want and Medicine doesn't support.

I need to buy the farm.... so to speak.... a farm, so i can be self sufficient and send the IRS eggs as payment.

My chickens are free range. I never have to buy them feed! That's an option for you or anyone who wants to raise chickens~ just provide clean water and you're good! chicken

You think we who pay taxes get representation? There are many cities in this country that charge an income tax for working within that city, yet we have no right to vote in that city's election. That is taxation without representation.

We are not about ending taxes totally. It is a change in the taxation structure. We want to abolish the IRS and their inferior practices and replace it with a consumption tax. You buy something you are taxed. The rich tend to buy bigger and more expensive things, so they pay more into the system. People that live here illegally will also pay into the tax system when thy purchase things, unlike today where they don't pay anything into the system, but are able to use it for free. A 23% consumption tax across the board will fill the government coffers faster and keep them full as opposed to the 25%+ income tax as well as a state sales tax which costs the people more yet yields much less.

You don't need a butchers license (if there even is one here) if you are working within a community. My friends and I harvest, butcher and divide up any deer meat we get each year so that no one goes without. We also have a so-called community garden where we each grown crops and share the wealth.

Zeelander: I going to the local Tea party here in Louisville to show my anger for the outrageous spending this government is doing with little to no jobs being created. If the citizens of the United States spent money they didn't have, we would end up in jail.... but would they.... Hell no.

California is the 5th largest economy in the world..... what the hell do they do with all their tax dollars to be so in debt. They are now sending out IOUs for people they owe money? If I was to send an IOU to the IRS, saying I don't have the money, they would throw me in jail.

Government has run amuck. I feel sorry for these kids who overwhelmingly voted for this government, because they threw their futures away and will have to live the rest of their lives with the consequences. These four years wont be over fast enough.

At the moment as I am posting, I am watching the 100 most wasteful stimulus payments on Fox News....and they haven't even touched most of the money allocated. Sitting here trying to think how I can get stimulated...

wooo hooo.... I find it funny that the government earmarks all this money (that they don't have) for all these green jobs and twice the money to subsidize those being put out of work because there won't be enough jobs for everyone that becomes jobless.

Have fun at the Tea Party, T. I think I'm gonna' go canoeing. ...With the rampant Obamamunism, it'll probably accomplish about the same thing except that I'll have a nice mess of tax-free trout to show for my efforts.

You know me... just need to cause a disturbance.

Canoeing and trout fishing would definitely be more fun and filling.

Have fun.... I know you will.
