i know one guy here about 3 months, we mail and call always, finally i think i had fall in love with him.He introuduced his family & company & its website,office's phone but i never call it, his password and so on. He said he will see me soon and had shown me the booked ticket. I believe him is ture.

But 2 days ago, he called me say he is in trouble need about us$50000customs clearance his goods,now still need us$15000,so
ask for help to me, if i have not so much money, just give him my any amount is okay. When i get his call, my first thinking is : is he scammer? at last i said i have not money, so after 2 days, he say he had settle down everything, and we are over.

Hi everyone, do you think he is ture or not? if you are in trouble really,will you ask for help to him/her who you just know from internet and never met before? if you are business man, will you prepare enough money for customs clearance? if you have a good job position, do you have the capacity to supply

I don't know i am right or not. but i feel sad, because i lost my love.

Scarllet he was just trying to scam you. I am sorry you had to experince that you should always be thankful you didnt send the money. Your heart got broke but that will heal your bank account is not as easy to mend.

Hun, he is not true. I too had a guy that really got to me and was "stranded" in Africa during a work trip. He had his travel papers and money stolen. I sent him my last $150 and then he began demanding more so he could leave Africa. Found out that he was actually a Nigerian and that is what he does for income. I will never see that money again.

I have found that if they ask for money when they supposedly have a grand job then they are fake. You have to go with your gut and not your heart.

Oh it's possible believe me, I met a Russian women via the net and fell for her big time over the months, eventually I went to the Ukraine where she lived and found she felt the same as me, i visited her many times over the next 12 months but on endeavouring to get her to return with me unfortunately the British Customs had other ideas and refused her visa, so we eventually parted company, but it was real and wonderful while it lasted..
Unlike the OP’s “lover” she was not a scammer which this person obviously is.

I am probably an idiot...but I have lost my heart to a man that I have been talking to for a month. We have thousands of hours of talking on the phone. The problem is he is too far away from me. I am still trying to learn....

Yes, if you mail every day , and often call, i think 3 months is not short to fall in love a man or woman.

Sorry dear people you meet should not want money from you - they should have a support system when things go wrong.

Think of it like this - if you needed money badly, who would you go to? If it was for business it would be the bank, if it was personal, it would be family or very close friends.

Don't feel sad. You just had your first scammer relationship. And yes, I've had one that I thought was true too, only to have this happen. I learned quickly, and can spot scammers pretty well. This man caught me when I was very vulnerable and hadn't heard about scammers before, nor had experience with them. Yes, it hurts...but did you really love someone you had not met before? Or were you just infatuated with his pretty words?

Trust me, you will heal. We all do.
