Had a serious case a indigestion one day. Good friend said 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. I couldn't believe it. Gone in less than a minute. I have friends now that are off zantac Etc for stomach ailments. They do the vinegar approach. Just wanted to share. Cheers all :)

I've heard that as well. Did some reading on the off the shelf stomach remedies, seems they're really not the best option as they eliminate all stomach acid. Then the body goes crazy to replenish it.

A good, pure herbal tea (in this case peppermint) will do the job. It's some of the add-ins with the off the shelf stuff that can cause problems. I'm all about reading labels - and keeping things as simple as possible.

Your friend introduced you to Nature's Antibiotic, and that worked because most stomach acid problems are due to unhealthy bacteria forming, mostly caused by the Western diet of too much sugar and carbs (which become sugar).

Welcome to my world, Bentlee. grin

Apple cider vinegar is really good. I've tried it. Hard cider is even better because if you drink enough of it, it makes you forget what ails you.

Slippery Elm is good for your digestion, and also for ulcers. Also, Apple cider vinegar is a good colon cleanser.
