I think president Kaguta Yoweri Museveni is one of Africas remaining dictators.This man never accepts the rule of law.Not long ago he sent Army to the court to threaten the judicially.That means no independent court decision can be made.Opposition supporters are always mistreated.His strongest opposition challenger, Kizza Besige has always been put in prison with cooked up charges like terrorism just to prevent him to be on the ballot papers.The man has ruled uganda for more than 20 years.Corruption is live in uganda.All this is condoned by museveni people.Museveni MUST GO
