If you listen to Dream Theater, they just completed a 5 song stretch done over 5 albums that deal with the 12 steps of recovery. Their drummer had alcohol addiction back in the 90's and went through A.A. Kick Ass songs too!!

Ok.. where did the OP go? She started this thread... and well, I for one don't have any alcohol addictions since I don't drink, but I know of these steps. So where are you darling and what do you want to get rolling here?

If it's of addictions... hmmm, I have to say I'm addicted to being alone (even tho I have a cat) since I can't seem to find anyone that wants to be in my life. Not sure this is a Bill W. class case. Anyone else? Want to come clean? dunno

Hey everyone who checked onto my site. I was shocked that only 3 of you know what it's about. They are--Goldstone, Big John and One Kitty. Anyway, sorry, I didn't know how to get on my "Group". I have only 1 month and a few days. Had 31/2 years before my husband died. Went out for 4 yrs. and I'm back in the herd again. It feels good!
