I used to work for a guy who was the same way. Instead of chickens, he raised ducks for the eggs

When I was kid in the Philippines, I remember chickens would just roam about on the roads and a popular thing to do would be to take their chicks and dye their furry feathers a vibrant color. For some reason, we had a baby crib on our front porch, so I would keep these chicks in this crib and tend them...Then, right before leaving the country , I tried to smuggle some of them in my Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle backpack...I only made it so far before they started squeeking and I was caught in the act (sigh)...I miss baby chickens

I'd love to try an emu egg.
I'm sold on duck eggs so I imagine an emu egg would be even richer.
I am so hungry but my hangover won't allow me to eat.

Poor baby...Emu eggs are sorta blue in color ,well the shells are and they do have a large yoke compaired the the white ,and are rich like a duck egg ...and you only need one as well as they are like a softball size almost...grin
