I have 19 cigarettes left, that's it. My plan is to not buy anymore after that. I'm going to try not to bum smokes either. I have decided to stop.
How thinks I can't do it ??

I'm sure going to look silly if this fails !!

I may even post how many cigs I have left now and then.

I am sure everyone is cheering for you. It really isn't that difficult. I was a smoker for over 20 years and one just threw a whole pack of cigarettes in the trash. I never looked back. That was Oct. 8, 2001. After the first 2 days the physical cravings are gone. It is all mental from there. If you really want to stop. You will. You just have to really want it.

Cool, I've heard that there are many different things to help like patches and other stuff, but I think cold turkey and lots of water should be the route I take.

Yes, I have nineteen cigs drawn on a note pad. I am going to cross them out one at a time as I smoke then. Then probably around no. five I will biting my finger nails !

But I have ordered 10 more cartoons from the Rez and they should be here by weeks end..
