One of my favourite romantic couples from the movies is "Frankie & Johnny" starring Michelle Pfieffer & Al Pacino.

I love that both of them are very flawed people. He's got a criminal record for cheque forgery & she is very messed up from abuse in previous relationships. He adores her at first sight and is so determined to be with her that in the end, she can't resist him. In some romantic films you really doubt the couple will last the distance. These 2 are perfect for each other.

The film is extremely funny too - worth seeing if you haven't.
