Another devasting bomb has yet again cost lives and left many injured. Losing life in this way is just so so sad especially when you know people who have been caught up in such acts of deadly violence.

For those who don't know living and working out there is not for excitment or a laugh. It is shitty, rough, hard work and damn dangerous, in an austere environment. No one deserves to die in this way. I have lost friends this evening who I will never ever see again, but what great memories I have and will cherish to the day I depart this life.

So this evening I am feeling yet again saddened by the world we live in and the way we all behave. The Human race has so many faults and this is just proof of it.

This is in memory to all those who have died, injured and will continue to suffer violence in Iraq.

If anyone dare has the disrespect to write anything of a political, judgemental, derogatory, insulting, degrading, hatred nature in reference pertaining to any person(s), name of country, orign, race, religion I shall report them for abuse, that includes making any jokes, light hearted comments in reference to the above.

ufortunately i know first hand what its like to lose someone to pointless random violence... in my case i heard it happen and wrecked my car trying to get there to help.... nothing worse the the helpless feeling of not being able to do anything about it....

i feel your pain and wish you and all who face such dangers day in and day out, the best

Hello LaVerdad,
I feel for you and all who risk their lives there every day. It is still dangerous obviously. You are a very strong woman. It is so sad that peace is so far away from some people's minds and hearts.

Just curious, maybe another time, but wonder how long you have lived there, if all your life, or shorter time?

Cheers Gary, life is so precious and hangs by a thread

Just ask yourselves.

In a country that had no sectarian violence prior to being invaded. And where the occupying force conducts searches at checkpoints throughout the country.

Where do these hundreds of pounds of explosives come from?

Why would insurgents target their own people instead of the foreign occupiers?

And why wouldn't they just stop the violence so that the invaders would have no justification for their presence.

I don't believer there are any genuine "insurgents" in Iraq except those organized and directed by the US.

All of the bombs, even the ones that kill Americans, are set by the US or their paid proxies. And their sole reason is to justify the continued occupation.

It's sad what some of the human race do to each other. Blessedly, the majority are not capable of such violence. My heart is with all who have suffered such senseless loss through any act of terrorism, regardless of how big or small. bouquet
