I read that they went to court because the woman asked the man to have his child get off a swing in the playground so her child could ride the swing.

Hmmm, most parents would wait until a swing is available and wouldn't ask for someone else's kid to get off the swing. Can't help but wonder if the man and woman had known each other and had bad words in the past? However, it still doesn't give the man the right to murder the woman and injure her husband over a playground incident.
