yes and the time i told my ex not to buy a new kitchen and bathroom as he lived in a council flat which were both due for renewal in a few months time ..he insisted on buying them thinking he could cut costs by installing them himself having never done joinery,electrics or plumbing tiling etc i advise him against it ,but still he insisted he was up for it ..the first week he started work on the installation he got a letter from his housing agency sayin they required entry to his apartment the following week as they were going to put in new kitchens an bathrooms in ...as he answered his door red faced an sweating buckets(that was him just trying to unwrap the packaging too)the look on his face was priceless as he told them he had new ones ...the outcome was his wasnt finished 4 yrs later and was condemned by the council ...
