Yeah i noticed that as well,guess it's easier to put someone down sitting behind a screen tapping away on a keyboard than actually saying the same things to their face in real life.

Yeah, so far so good. Target almost met completely now. Just got details to do now like sending out invites for opening night, arranging food and wine etc. Will do that this week because am visiting Barca next week on the 8th until the 16th.

Thing is, that unless you spend a lot of time on here and really get to know people, day in and day out, through their posts, you have no idea whether they are nasty people or angels......

People only let you see what they want you to see, no more , no less. Appearances are everything to some, so they appear good although in reality they might be extremely anal, while others will wind people up or say controversial things to elicit a response, and they might in fact be very open minded and good people to cover your back in a crisis.

Truth is that we will never truly know anyone on here, any more than if we pass them on the street every day, where some days they smile and some days they don't!

It sure can. I was talking with a woman the other day who has only two grown kids. Both are airline steward/stewardess and she never sees them from one end of the year to another because they fly trans-atlantic flights all the time out of England. At least I get to see mine a couple of times a year.

I'm kind of at the numb stage with the exhibition, not quite knowing what to expect. It is always a bit nerve wracking wondering if the stuff you do will sell and whether it is all worth the effort.

I guess it depends on what you seek from an online interaction. I'd like to think I wouldn't say anything to anyone here I wouldn't say in real life. In fact, if anything, I'm probably more polite here than I am in RL.

I was talking to a women the other day and I started to ask some easy Q/A's and she started to get mad for no reason !!!! So I wanted to see what she would do if I pushed her a little ! WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess that was not a good idea on my part ! She told me if I was a nice guy then ! wouldn't ask those kind of Q/A's . I said to her, so the point your trying to make is don't ask any Q/A's and everything will be fine ! She told me that I was an ASS H...... for pressing her ! Now I am pretty new at this so I guessed that she had some problem with someone trying to get to know her ! I'm not hard to get along with ! As a matter a fact, people tell me all the time that I'm so easy to get along with ! I think this was a fake profile or she had some issues that needed to be addressed !!! Plus Tax !!! People seem like the picture is more important then the person behind it ! SAD SAD SAD PEOPLE !! I think we have become so independent that we can buy our pleasure so why need people at all !!!! It would take some kind of major event like a asteroid to bring us bask together again !!!! Our GOV doesn't have to worry about us having a million man march ! We can't even get along on here ! I have to say, I have never participated in forums until I signed on to CS. I had some good laughs with some great people but have to say that there are some people here that are just not nice and to be honest that has made me cautious to write anything down.

I must agree. People just need the shell of a body, with no soul inside. I often ask why people are getting married to a particular person and the answer is often about what they can provide or what they drive. Sad.

What questions did you ask the lady to make her mad? Rude, personal questions?

I asked her what she thought about herself and who she was inside !!! Really tough one !!!
