A thread topic about Telstra call centres just started in the 'humoorous' section, led me to google search for more funny stories to add.

Unfortunately, I found this one about Telstra in Australia. Horribly sad.sigh

But a warning for both employees and employers to be mindful of when to pull the plug on workplace stress.
