Hello Everyone!
I have noticed, that the political threads always get pretty heated, and some of the threads are even started to ignite a fight. So, I have started a thread for peace and friendship. Seeing that this is an international dating website, and we have people from all over the world with different cultures, ethnic groups, religions, and languages. I thought it would be nice to take some time and look beyond our differences and realize that we can learn a lot from each other, as well as have a lot of fun all together.
There is a significant amount of bashing of other people's beliefs, cultures, or nationalities in these threads. So, it would be good to remember the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which every member State of the United Nations is apart of.
The First Article reads:
"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood."
I think this is important to remember, especially the last part about the spirit of brotherhood. The rest of the UDHR can be found here:
