I have read several threads that talk about opposites attracting one another. Yet I can't think of one profile that says I am looking for someone totally opposite of me. confused Do you truly believe being with someone who is nothing like you will work? dunno Got into this subject with a friend and we finally decided to try another topic as this one was getting us no where.

wave Hiya Sassy hug Actually...I've only seen one gentleman on here that had it posted to his profile...but can't remember who he was dunno It was a couple months back...and he was from Missouri...maybe we should track him down and ask him how it's going?? laugh

Good to hear you enjoyed a nice day outside in the fresh air. It won't be long before i'm gonna be hibernating inside my nice warm home and not going back out till Spring laugh

I once had a Pentacostal girl friend.
Talk about opposites attracting.Like magnets.
We were great together most of the time.
But our Opposition finally got the best of us.

God obviously has a sense of humor.He arranged for Us to meet;then He walked away laughing.

At least spring comes earlier down there. I will probably still have snow when the get together happens in April.bouquet

I married a cowboy when I was barely 17. Was not familiar with that type of life at all. But as the years went by I loved the peacefulness more all the time. Always something to be done. I guess we were opposites but I was so young I did not notice, just learned to adapt to a complete different life style. hug

Oh wow...i hope snow is over by then...but it will still be nippy in the mornings. Make sure you pack some jackets. Course i think 70 degrees is kinda chilly...i like 80's cool

I am sooo excited about going...can't wait till April....looks like we have a few coming...but i hope for a lot more yay

I was in St Louis about ten years ago at that time of the year. I had two ft. of snow still on the ground and when I got there the plum trees were blossomed. Then a week later I had to come home. What a bummer. bouquet bouquet

Well have to admit...we do have some beautiful Springs down here. My favorite time of year is Fall. But love the Summer time too for it's heat...just wish it wasn't so humid. sigh

nope..no common interest is really needed dear. If you carefully observe human behavior, all humans are typical as far as their expectation and desire are concerned...almost all of them want the same thing..enjoy the same things. the only difference is that they just do and see things in a different light.cool

Oh dear...i couldn't do that...way too much traffic, people and fast life for me uh oh I like the slower pace that life has to offer in the smaller communities. grin Big cities kinda scare me. laugh But one day i would like to visit up around that area...think it would be nice to see it just once. daydream
