I am saddend and frustrated because my possible dating candidates from Japan or china can't be reached thru IM my letters are not being answered.I feel if I can at the very least have them use our webcam on our computer I can have more oportunitys to have penpals and my future wife.Chat is too crowded and not that private.I am rather new in this forum and I am driving myself up the wall to understand a few stuff here and how they work.Thanks for any push in the right dirrection.mumbling

I have a friend who worked in Beijing and it was difficult to email her. The authorities often blocked our messages and turn off the power once or twice a week. They filter communication. It seems the communist system is alive and well. Not sure about other places though.
