what the heck is wrong with this picture?

i was watching TV just now and saw these dumb-a$$ commercials about how 'you arent a man unless your (explicative deleted) is at least 25 inches long!!!'

and women have been bombarded with this little fact for years and years about breasts!! why has our country come to this?

is it just a way to get the already greedy amongst us more money? i think someone needs to be shot. what does everyone else think?

i blame it on the rap music... lol

I don't think there are any guys 25 inches long though. John Holmes was suppose to have been 12 1/2 inches and he was considered huge. Sex sells unfortunately and it's used to sell a lot of products. Women not only go through it with the breast thing, it is the whole body. Those kind of shows put in heads that women are only good for sex and they need to look perfect to be attractive to be sexy. Lord knows I wouldn't want a man with a ___ that big!! No thanks. The worst part about it is that it is also fed to our kids the wrong ideas about what people are suppose to look and be like to be "cool".

well, i know what im talking abt with the 25 inches thing... i read on the internet that certain tribes in africa hang weights on their d@#ks to increase the size, they also take herbal pills and things of that nature to make them 18 inches long by the time they go thru puberty.

i dont know. i remember in high school that they gave us a questionaire and one of the questions was 'how long is it'. that is how they get information like that. like the national average... everyone lies about that kinda stuff to make themselves feel better - the average jumped from 4 inches in like 1995 to about 7 a few yrs ago... and i met some girls that were like 'you gotta be over 12 because i heard that, that is what the average is now in order for me to talk to you' - chat room ppl i mean.

oh well, im tired so i will stop talking. it sounds like im just ranting now.

true that, why should anyone break the cycle of wanting more and more and not putting anything back into the world?

This whole Bigger=Better concept is aimed at those people who have very poor self-image. I think it's a shame that people lately have come to base decisions on what TV says is cool or how we are supposed to look and act. It's no wonder so many people are on prescription drugs and go so deep in debt just to fit in. What they need to do is find what they are happy with and forget about what the media says. I don't follow any of the trends and get more compliments on my style than everyone wearing the top brands looking like they're fresh out of a Rap video.

I think the media is the way it is because a LOT of people think whatever comes from the media is fact absolute and they don't know how to look at things objectively. Be it TV, movies, the newspaper or what have you. An older white woman that I had worked with asked me if I had been in a gang when I was young. I asked her if she thought all black men had been in a gang and she answered, "yes". I then asked her why she thought this and she said because she didn't have any black friends and what she knew about black people came from the news, movies and the newspaper. Next, I asked her if she believed everything she read and saw in the newspaper and she answered, "yes". It wasn't until that very moment that I thought this country is in a very bad state.

Man, I could do some serious damage with a table saw!

I got about 37 dollars, 3 leftover brownies, and a half a bottle of Advil!
