If a man like a woman does he think it is normal he first to try a contact with her? Is it aggressive if she does that if she likes a man?

I think women should be more aggressive toward men... Would make dating easier... Sometimes it is just tough asking certain women out.... I love a woman that comes up and starts a conversation or shows me some interest...
