Homely alone? Better to be Homely with someone because if youre homely you may never get anyone else.... OH LONELY!!!
No comment then, to much thought involved.

this will sound kinda sad, but I used to tell women that were interested in me, "they could do better." and "at least when I'm single, I'm the only one who's lonely"

There is nothing worse than when you are living in a loveless relationship. It is much worse to feel alone sleeping inches away from someone , and yet it feels like miles.

Yes, it is much better to feel alone because at least you are lonely by your lonesome.

I liked the funny answers to this question. But I have a serious one. Loneliness in a relationship can be a state of mind brought on by overdemanding people who's expectations aren't being met.If you have a partner that your lonley with then "your" doing something wrong. I know I wont be popular for this but truth is hard to deny.

Alone and Homely hahahha oh yeah, me too.

Just pondering...........
For me lonely alone is one that I can make sense of. But, lonely with someone is just awful. It's a feeling of being trapped for me. Sorta like being in a hole, and the way out is only just above your
head. You can see the light but, it's just beyond my reach. It was the most miserable time of my life.help barfing

I have had enough of being in a relationship and being lonely.
Something is wrong when that is the way you feel.

This means that the other person does not really care for you the way they said and/or your needs are not being met.

Quite frankly, I am tired of being a dog under the table begging for scraps when I deserve a steak.
