I saw this and had to comment before going out the door. Not all guys are after a 'mommy figure' as you choose to call it. I like older women because they have a level head, have seen and done many things, it doesn't feel as if I'm talking to a wall when I talk to them, and I relate to them on many different levels - as a small start. I also like the fact that when they tell me something, I can pretty much take it as they said it and not have to worry about any of the other drama which appears when dating those younger.(younger being used relatively)

When I first turned thirty I fell for a 19 year old young man, and he fell for me. He was a rare find. In many ways more mature than men twice his age. We were madly in love. I felt guilty though because if we had stayed together he would have missed out on so much of what I considered his youth. I think one should be at minimum in their mid to later 20's before committing for life to a relationship. It pained me deeply when I did what I felt like the honorable thing was, to push him away. We remain friends, and he is doing very well.

Off topic, but...I've been in Nashville or nearby cities, for 36 years. I keep seeing profiles of people on here from all these places in Tennessee I've never even heard of!
