I remember milk coming in a white 1 gallon jug with a red handle.


I remember milk coming in glass bottles and it came to the door delivered by the milk man.

yep, he was, and it was Sesame Street, then Mr.Rogers, and then the electric company. Then the young and the restless would come on and it was nap time. I hated that! And the only cartoons that were on was Saturday mornings.
And stuff like rudolf and frosty at X-mas.

Has anyone seen my walker???

Geesh what a thread!

LOL I remember being a small kid and being at Grandma's house where there was still an outhouse, no electricity, and a well for water,,,

By the way, no matter how hard it was raining or hjow cold it was, dont let Grandma catch you peeing off the porch into her flowers! LMAO THAT was a beating for sure!

I also remember gathering coke bottles and taking 3 of them downtown to the little store on my bycycle and swapping them for a fresh one! They were 10 cents a piece and three bottles were the 10 cents plus the 5 cent deposit so you could take the new one with you!

when all trees where small... my mother has been young and beautiful,and my father was always at sea...

and a little boy in a sand box who kissed me in a cheek and told me that he loves me...and if he may to borrow sand bucket ... and never return it ... bugger

and free day care with 3 hot meals everyday
Damn I miss those times badly ... i want to go back...

Umm... Let's see, I was born in '85.. So it was Seasme Street and Mr. Dressup for me.... It was all about the My Little Ponies, and then I had a Tomagotchi 'cause they were all the rage...
And I remember when gas went over a dollar when I was in high school....

Still have an old wringer washing machine at the other house. It's my moms. Arm?? My mom got her boob caught in it once..that was YEARS ago though...LOL

Making homemade egg noodles with my gramma. I'd always get to use the noodle cutter...lol
