Hmmmm.... I was expecting a theological conversation myself. How about naughty or nice? I'm a lot of both - never mean, to me that is small, but if pushed too far, I've been known to pour a couple gallons of whup@$$ on someone....

I'm still in email pergatory. Guess I'll go pump out some payroll.... See ya laters.

Angel or demon.
I thinks its simple, some people are Demons and some people like them Demons, some people are Angels and some people like Angels.
I think a persons self esteem is low when they are into the Demon type, why would someone want that, maybe they think thats what they deserve, and when they have someone who is nice they simply can not handle it and think it just can not be this good and think I don't deserve it and destroy it and then turn around and justify why the blew them off, not even realizing this is whats really going on.
Was that deep or what.

In my opinion, unfortunately, in today's society, being too nice will most likely bring you nothing but pain and dissapointment. There are too many predators, freeloaders and con artists just waiting for the opportunity to pounce on the "too nice" people. There is nothing wrong with being nice....as long as there are no expectations that it will always be reciprocated and that you are intelligent enough and intuitive enough to sense the low lives. But the "too nice" people should keep on being nice....because in the end....we all know what we've done in this life...right? Just be smart about it.

I have to say I'm honost either way.I say what I need to say calmly,if that doesnt work,I say things I shouldnt have. But,I know I'm true to myself and will never agree with somebody to befriend them,if they want to be friends they must agree to disagree.

ok here is what i went thru...

realize ppl that nobody respects a doormat. if you are too nice, ppl are going to walk all the f&*k over you. if you are too much like a a-hole, nobody will even talk to you... so where are you going to draw the line? its not as simple as it looks.

example, i usually frequent a pay-site that has free signup unless you wish to talk to someone and email them like this one can for free... it is purely ppl just looking for sex and nothing but.

what i was going to say with that site, is that i had the bio brimming with nothing but words like 'respectful, nice guy, effectionate, loving, respectful, nice, respectful' - i got no winks, emails, NOTHING. but then i tried to act like a hard a$$.

my next bio stated 'b*tch' every other word, and it went something like 'what i want in a true b**** is someone that will kiss my a**, and know her true place - as second to the MAN' - you know.... kinda like that stuff.

and what do you know? i got about 13 emails in 2 weeks from women that just wanted to be used and abused! then thrown away like trash. (i didnt go after any of them, it wouldnt be how i truly am). but whatever right? everyone talks about how 'the man should communicate more, listen more, be more effectionate... CHANGE for women', i am thinking that women dont like these kinds of changes and my last gf DIDNT KNOW ONE THING ABOUT communicating to begin with!!! so what is the deal?

she just wanted sex every day and her idea of sharing her feelings was to yell at me when i didnt automatically know what movie or dinner to take her to. her idea of that was simple - 'the man should know automatically what the woman is thinking! they should know just because they are men what women want every second of every day'

it gives me practice, true, and i am a better man for that.... but c'mon ladies. am i blowing this whole thing out of proportion???

tony

no tony.woman always go for the bad boy either because they think they can change him, abuse in their experience equals love ,low self esteem or they are just mascochists.
I don't want a wimp myself but a hard ass is also out of the question.I just want a man who respects a woman and treats her right. As for knowing what movie or favorite color I like that's what communication is for.

In response to:
Ok, is there such a thing as a guy (or girl) being TOO nice? I mean, I've heard of people being told they were too nice. Getting away from the typical "what I want in a person" scenario (weve heard enough of that). Keep it simple..nice, or not?
When people are too nice to the point of fakeness it upsets my stomach..lol
