What's the most romantic/sweetest thing you've done or had done for you?

I dated this one guy about 5 years ago, and on valentines day he called to wish me happy valentines day because he was working out of town and wouldn't be back til the weekend. While we were on the phone I told him how bummed I was because he couldn't be with me for valentines day. After we hung up I went to bed, I was woke up at 6 am the next morning to someone knocking on my door. When I answered the door there he was with 2 dozen red roses. He got into his truck after we hung up and drove the 8 hours from where he was working to where I was just to bring me roses because he wanted to make it up to me for not being with me on valentines day! He called in sick and we spent the whole day together!

I found your description inspiring, after have lived the long distance feeling so magical...

awwwwwwwwwwww thats sweet definately....mine was recent...i was in my best friends wedding....and was the maid of honor and It was the first wedding I was at since my divorce didn't know how I would hold up. A guy I have been seeing from England Flew here to go with me at the last minute.... Then as we were dancing and I was crying in my drunked stouper...he said "miss heather I have never seen you look more beautiful that you look right now even if you have racoon eyes...." my makeup was running down my face. I was just shocked that he actually came here just for that. Not to mention the hotel I booked when I was sleeping he went and put on his credit card. That was really sweet!smitten

Well last year when my ex wanted to ask me to prom he took rose petals and spelled it out in the pool. It made me cry.

yes very. also he knows my love of dolphins once when we went to florida i told him I wish I had seen some....the next day when I woke up there was a white gold watch with dolphins on the band sitting on the pillow next to me ....

My ex-boydriend used to do alot of sweet things like take me away for my-birthday to the mountains or the ocean....

I used to do alot of things with photos....one weekend when I was leaving...I took a photo of myself (my face) asleep on the pillow beside him....and left it there...

he liked it..
