Being alone scares the life out of me!!crying

Help Me Please
Hard-Fi

There's no light in the hall
There's no sound here at all
Emptiness, emptiness, rules
Why'd I wanna come home?

You ain't sat in your chair
No one calls, no ones there
Just a clock, tick, tock
Tears, so many tears

Help me please
I'm in need
Cause being alone scares the life out of me
Help me please
I'm in need
Cause being alone scares the life out of me
Being alone scares the life out of me

Breaking down on the stairs
Hello lonliness, Hello despair
All of this, all of it wrong
You won't ever come home

They can take what they please
They can take the blame
Everything, everything is free
Have it all

Help me please
I'm in need
Cause being alone scares thee life out of me
Help me please
I'm in need
Cause being alone scares the life out of me
Being alone scares the life out of me
Being alone scares the life out of me

I have a "miswired" adrenal system, it seems, and have suffered from panic attacks off and on for many years. Haven't had one in almost four years but I can tell you, nothing is more terrifying than to have your body react physiologically with panic when there is no "panic stimulus" in force. You could just be sitting somewhere, minding your own business, happy as can be, and BAM!! heart rate shoots up to nearly 200 bpm, BP rises and that scares the holy crap out of you, which exacerbates the symptoms...it's hell. I don't wish it on anyone.

So, on that note, nothing tangible scares me at all. I mean, I don't get scared thinking about things like that. Spiders? What's there to be afraid of a spider for? I have yet to meet any spider that can squash me flatter'n pancake. Snakes? There's a rat snake I've seen a time or two downstairs. But he stays hidden most of the time. Arachnids and reptiles are the least of my worries.

I'm not afraid of being along for the rest of my life, cuz I'm a survivor, but...I don't really like the thought of it. I can always find somone to date, I'm sure, but I'm very much a one-man woman and would prefer that type of relationship.

I know it's Halloween time, so what scares you guys the most??
I'm honestly scared of about everything, but am slowly and surely working on it!!
I terrified of heights...if I get on a plane, it's a sure bet that I'm crying about it!! I love rollercoasters, ferris wheels, etc., but they still scare the hell outta me!!
And I'm scared of the dark....thought I would get over it by age 6, but I'm still scared of what I can't see!!
But what scares me the most are rats....I swear if I see one coming after me, I don't think I'll recover!!! Those fucking bastards!! Wish I could just torture them all!!!!
losing someone i love to death, drowning, bein burned alive, the irs lol, spiders theose r some

Feeling or being trapped - no, not claustrophobic ( sp?) - more the sense that I can't escape, can't get out/away. I can react in very irrational ways
I have this fear also, plus snakes at night uh oh! help

ROTFLMFAO.. Reminded me of when the wife & I got first go married. Back in 77. We moved into an upstairs appartment ( Old House ) We had a RAT! this bugger would get into the garbage at night & keep us awake or wake us up. So I pulled one of the cheap metal kitchen table chairs out into the middle of the floor & put the garbage can in it. That sucker could still get into it. When I got up it sounded like a 35 lb possum hitting the floor when he jumped out. Hell it gave me cold chils.. Anyway one morning I had to go wee wee. This meant I had to go through the kitchen & into the stairway bathroom. That bastard ran across my foot.. I screamed like I had been shot! Susie came running into the kitchen to see me 1 hand on the counter top the other on the door.. Swinging my feet in the air. She laughed so hard she cryed.. Of course I laughed to after my heart slowed down.. hehehe
