I am not an expert on this but my thought would be that the woman is looking for acceptance. Likes the thought of being with a rebel ( all woman do this ) But I think most of all they see a challenge of taking the beast and making him a kitten. But there is also a lot more emotional feelings involved too.

this is an interesting subject..... many angles...

1 important one is that our brains are like computers, honestly
and it could be said that from conception till 2 years the hard drive is being programmed with the operating system, capacity and power

and from 2 till 7 we get programmed with the software.......
soooooo
what does this tell you??

the ego is in it's development until we become aware that the world is not entirely centered around 'us'
usually around 7 or 8 we start to make sense of some things and depending on who and what software we were programmed with we will show compassion
and even selflessness....

if from conception we were exposed to high levels of adrenaline from the fright of our mother or the sounds we heard while in utero we will be attracted to high levels of adrenaline we will do what we are familiar with .... we will orchestrate what we have experience with.... unconsciously.... point in fact.
we will unconsciously look for those experiences that will give us that hit and take us further expanding the capacity just like we expand the capacity of our muscles by tearing them up so they become stronger...
that is why we must look carefully at the software!!!

much is outdated and needs to be deleted !! some we can upgrade but that means finding programs that are specifically tailored to our needs !!

how much easier it is to be on auto pilot!! most of humanity is so it's only when we begin to wake up that we are able to begin making conscious choices and those are difficult when most of humanity is asleep it becomes harder to find relationship because most people are sleeping so how can they relate to someone who is awake?

hmm, maybe your just asking the wrong women? Did you really want someone that shallow anyway?

While it might hurt to be laughed at, it might be better to let her walk away after all....

Not worth your energy or time if they treat you like that.

That is why I have never been married.

A lady I care about will go after some guy that has plenty of flash.

He does not own one bit of it. While I am the guy that owes nothing on what I own.

He will talk bad and how he will whip you. While I am the guy that will come like lighting and thunder and make him pee his pants.

It's like we used to say about cars "All show and no go!"

That's seems to be what most women are after.

Not all of us are after that, tinkerman.
Playing and meeting people, is different than what I am looking for in honesty...
I make no bones about my wants. Not everyone knows who or what they want...

Exactly Rilly, material girls. I am learning that there are more and more of them on here also. It really is a sad thing, because even though they are after material things, they are ruining good guys from women who actually want a good man.

Well Goodtimeskeeper, Sometimes hard to tell. Maybe they see a really nice guy who is easy to talk to and they trust you to tell you, and in turn you at least a good example of guys are not all bad. Guys aren't the only ones who go through it ya know. No Matter what, some people will never appreciate that, some do. Maybe they want your feedback in a guys take on things. Thank God for the nice guys in the world. Some women just don't know what it is liked to be treated good either. I have many male friends in who would like to go out or we have and we honestly like each other enough to stay friends. It goes both ways though, no doubt, this happens to women too.

Some of us only want what is real...Might be the guys don't know what it means to be that. Others, well, lets just say they have absolutely no patience for those of us that are very real, and human, and not perfect ever...
There will always be those that try to ruin it for others. And, there will always be those that sit on their pity pots and whine about how victimised they are...
