In response to:
yes i do play an ovation and I have found at least one other person at my job this has happened to. nbc apparently did a large piece on this company I found it in a search
Be aware, also, Ovation Girl, that, while "Pro Bono" means free..

It is not as free as it sounds..You get the lawyer's time for free, but you nare still responsible for court costs, such as : filing fees, subpoenas, etc..

A class action lawyer should draw up a contract, stating what percentage he will be entitled to, and then he will absorb the fees..

These fees will be added to his percentage..So be very careful to keep records..

Not that I'm callin' lawyers crooked, mind you!...lol Just playin' safe..

I used to own and play an Ovation, but I lost the tip of a finger, and the Ovation neck is now too narrow for me to play..LOL..Bob..wine

Give them NOTHING!! Tell them that you are contemplating a 'Class Action Suit"..

Then, Get out of the way..They will have this thing fixed so fast, you might get burned by the speed at which they are travelling..LMAO

Ive read of many cases where personal computers have contributed to proving ones guilt in many types of crimes, violent and theft. I saw where AOL is eve using there reources to assist in exposing and providing evidence to prosecute certain perverted lifestyles and criminals.
Privacy is a near impossible right to maintain in a world where the technology is so easily accessible anyan everyone who has a desire to use it, for good or evil or eveb just to accumulate prospective customers.
