In response to:
yes i do play an ovation and I have found at least one other person at my job this has happened to. nbc apparently did a large piece on this company I found it in a search
Be aware, also, Ovation Girl, that, while "Pro Bono" means free..
It is not as free as it sounds..You get the lawyer's time for free, but you nare still responsible for court costs, such as : filing fees, subpoenas, etc..
A class action lawyer should draw up a contract, stating what percentage he will be entitled to, and then he will absorb the fees..
These fees will be added to his percentage..So be very careful to keep records..
Not that I'm callin' lawyers crooked, mind you!...lol Just playin' safe..
I used to own and play an Ovation, but I lost the tip of a finger, and the Ovation neck is now too narrow for me to play..LOL..Bob..
