I think my libido ...

is broken!

I KNOW I'm not ready to pack "it" up yet but I find it more and more difficult to get a thrill ... even a cheap one. Perhaps my libido is just out of practice. D'oh!

Any volunteers, suggestions, or similar experiences?

Variety is the key. Same thing over and over could be part of the lack of the drive as you know what exactly to expect. Grab a cucumber and a bit of ky, start there and mix it up with a clit stimulator or a male partner licking and sucking on your clit while he teases you with the cucumber.

That was a small start, I wasn't going to mention kitchen utensils or other until there was any noticeable change whatsoever to start. Troubleshooting something like this is half the fun, you get to practice until you get it 'right'. grin

I found since menopause, it's more up than not.

But, being tired, or worry...can lessen it, too.

I also feel once we reach a point in life, different things will cause a reaction than before?

For myself...when I hurt bad, or I'm just exhausted...I want nothing more than sleep, lol.

Touchy (easily hurt), clingy folks turn me off, too.

Hmmm...well, cukes at 4/$1.00 versus a fake vibrating phallus at $30 and upwards...and then, when you're done and have worked up quite an appetite, you can still make a salad!

That's interesting, isn't it? I always had heard that women lose their libido after menopause..well, I'm not there yet, but I believe, if symptoms are correct, that I'm on my way. But if anything, libido is stronger.

Hell, knowing me, I'd still want to do it if I were in a coma, even.
