Everybody should sleep yet the amount of hours varies and it seems you can not sleep 1/3 of your day.

Stop smoking or reduce it.
Less alcohol
More exercise
Read some in bed
(either you will fall aesleep or you will continue reading up to late or early)


good sense but
I don't smoke
haven't touched alcohol for 3 days
today I`ve washed and ironed 3 loads and been out walking
and read my kindle
